Kaleidoscope is now serving East of the River! Based in Hartford, CT we’ve always served the Central CT areas of both sides of the river, but we now have balloon twisters, face painters, clowns, airbrush artists, and princesses in specifically Windham, Tolland, and New London counties!
Our toddler parties combine balloon twisting, costume characters, and repeat-after-met games to entertain our tiniest friends!
